Create a rectangle anywhere on the canvas. The rectangle tool can be found on the tool bar, that is located on the left hand side of the screen. Next, click on Window, Properties if you don't have the properties bar on the bottom of the page. Now change the W and H in the bottom left hand corner to W: 116 and H: 119. Then change the X and Y (in the same place as W and H) to X: 66 and Y: 51. Using the square to the right of the Paint Bucket tool on the Properties bar, change the fill color to white or #FFFFFF. To the right of this is a pencil, which is used to set the outline color, using the square to the right of this change the outline to black or #000000. After this is complete, go to Effects + (also on the Properties bar) and click on the plus sign ("+"). Move the mouse over "shadow and glow" and click "inner shadow". Change the settings to match the following properties:
